Paper Submission
\nDeadline:  30 June 2022<\/h3>\n

ICOP 2022 Authors have the possibility to submit an extended version of their presented contributions for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library<\/strong>. All papers that are published as part of the Proceedings of ICOP2022, will be made available to all participants.<\/p>\n

Papers will be submitted in IEEE Xplore\u00ae-compatible PDF form.<\/p>\n

The extended paper submission should meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n

    Originality:<\/span> Authors must submit original work that:
    \n\u2022 it\u2019 original and has not appeared elsewhere for publication
    \n\u2022 is not under review for another refereed publication
    \n\u2022 suitably cites previous work, to avoid plagiarism
    \n\u2022 indicates how it differs from previously published work.
    \nIEEE policy requires all submissions to its journals and conference proceedings to be screened through a plagiarism detection process. Checking for similarity with previously published work will be done by the Proceedings Editorial Board, by use of IEEE Cross-Check portal. In case of misused content in meritorious submitted manuscript, the Proceedings Editorial Board may inform the author of the reported similarity and have the author revise the paper accordingly and resubmit it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Language: <\/span>Contributions must be written in English<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Source document:<\/span>
    \nExtended papers (including abstract, tables, figures and references) must be a minimum of 3-pages and a maximum of 4-pages, prepared as camera-ready using the proper template available at the link: https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Transfer of Copyright:<\/span> all authors intending to publish in the IEEE Xplore\u00ae digital library must provide a transfer of Copyright. IEEE copyright form, properly completed and signed, must be submitted in order to correctly complete the submission process. Instructions to submit an electronic Copyright Form will be mailed to authors, after extended papers have been properly received by the Proceedings Editorial Board (through ICOP2020 Organizers).

      Name your PDF File as follows: First Author\u2019s Surname.pdf<\/em><\/strong>.
      \nPaper file names must be less than 50 characters long.<\/p>\n

      E-mail your PDF files to: icop2022@unitn.it<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Extended papers must be submitted no later than June 30th, 2022<\/strong>.
