Note: Only original material should be submitted. Commercial papers, papers with no new research/development content, and papers with proprietary restrictions will not be accepted for presentation.

Submission agreement
All presenting authors, including keynote, invited, oral, and poster presenters, agree to the following conditions by submitting an abstract:
- Register and pay the conference registration fee
- Attend the meeting in person
- Present at the scheduled time
Publication of Proceedings
We are currently working out the possibility to have the paper published in a journal. More news will be published soon
Awards
To promote a wider participation of young people, awards will be assigned based on the following categories:
1. BEST PAPER AWARD: best oral presentation (1 for each main topic)
2. BEST POSTER AWARD: best poster presentation (1 for each main topic)
3. WOMEN IN PHOTONICS AWARD: best oral contribution presented by a woman
4. WOMEN IN PHOTONICS AWARD: best poster contribution presented by a woman
5. YOUNGEST SPEAKER AWARD: the youngest speaker who presents a contribution (poster or oral)
Requirements: the awardees cannot be a staff member at universities or research centers (permanent position or RTD-B) nor employees of a company
